QUESTION:
When I am making changes in the Classroom Management System (CMS), how can I select multiple items?

ANSWER:
To select more than one item at a time from a list, click on one of the items in the list then press and hold down the "Control" key while clicking on the other items in the list that you wish to select. All of the items that you clicked on should now be selected.

To select a group of items, click on the first item in the group then press and hold down the "Shift" key while clicking on the last item in the list that you wish to select. All of the items between the first and last item should now be selected.

The "Control" key can also be used to unselect an item from an already selected list of items. For example, click on the first line in the list, then hold down the "Shift" key and click the third line in the list. Notice how the second line is also selected. Now hold down the "Control" key and click on the second line. Notice how the first and third lines are still selected, but the second line is no longer selected.
