QUESTION:
Why can't I create, delete, or graduate students?

Why can't I edit a curriculum?

I adjusted the progresss of my students, but the student program doesn't reflect my changes. What's wrong?

SYMPTOMS:

ANSWER:
Make sure that all students are logged off of the student program before making changes in the Classroom Management System (CMS). Otherwise, changes that are made while students are logged on will not be saved to the students' data files.

If changes are made while students are not logged on to the program but the CMS does not save the changes, then the teacher user permissions may not be correct on the folder which stores the student data.

The student data is stored on the server in a folder called "xindex" where "x" is the appropriate product abbreviation. See below for product abbreviations.

Ask your network administrator to make sure that all teacher users have read, write, create, and delete permissions to the "xindex" folder and all of that folder's contents.
