QUESTION:
How do I delete a class without losing the student data?

ANSWER:
To delete a class without losing the student data, use the Utilities in the Classroom Management System (CMS) to move the students into another class. Move the students into a new or existing class. Or, create a class such as "Placeholder Class" to hold the students until they are moved to their new classes. After removing all of the students from the old class, the old class will be deleted. Do not make changes in the CMS when students are logged on to the student program.

For more information about moving students between classes, refer to the Teacher's Resource Guide. A printed version of the guide is distributed with each product. An electronic version is also available. Use the Documentation menu to learn how to access the electronic version.
