QUESTION:
Why can't I delete the questions my students send me using the Question Box?

SYMPTOMS:

Questions are not deleted from the Question Box.

ANSWER:
It is not possible to delete questions from the Question Box while students are logged on to the student program. Wait until all students have logged off the program to delete their questions from the Question Box.
