QUESTION:
I set the pre-test to automatically update student progress, but the pre-test is grayed-out in the student program, so they can't take it. What do I do?

SYMPTOM:

• The pre-test is grayed-out in the student program.

ANSWER:
Once a student has completed the Ranger level, the pre-test is no longer available to them. Therefore, it becomes grayed-out in the student program.
