QUESTION:
How do I delete a class?

ANSWER:
In order to delete a class, the class must be empty. The students can be moved to another class or they can be deleted. Use the instructions below to move students to another class.

  1. Make sure that no students are logged on to the student program.
  2. Log on to the Classroom Management System (CMS).
  3. Select the appropriate grade.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Utilities.
  6. Click the Select Class List on the right.
  7. Select the name of the class which is to be deleted in the "Please select a class list name" box.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click the Select Class List on the left.
  10. Select the name of the class to which the students will be moved in the "Please select a class list name." box, or create a new class list.
    1. To create a new class list, click Cancel in the "Please select a class list name." box.
    2. Click New Class List.
    3. Type the name of the new class in the "Please enter a new class list name." box.
  11. Click OK.
  12. Under the name of the class which is to be deleted, select the name of each student to be moved. It is possible to select multiple students.
  13. Click < Add Student.
