ISSUES:

1. Working on See Its on a Macintosh® OS 9 computer causes the computer to freeze.
2. Working on See Its on a Macintosh® OS 9 computer causes a System Error message.

SYMPTOMS:

• Working on a See It, the computer freezes and must be restarted. If the student returns to the same See It, the computer freezes again.
• Working on a See It, the colors on the program screen change to pink, and then the computer freezes.
• Working on a See It, causes a System Error message (e.g., "address error," "bus error").

RESOLUTION:
Some See Its will freeze on a Macintosh® OS 9 computer if the monitor is set to display at 256 colors. Change the color setting to "Thousands of colors" or "Millions of colors."
