QUESTION:
How do I delete a class?

ANSWER:
In order to delete a class, the class must be empty The students can be moved to another class or they can be deleted.

To delete students, do the following.

  1. Make sure that no students are logged on to the student program.
  2. Log on to the Classroom Management System (CMS).
  3. Click Utilities.
  4. Click Edit Class Lists.
  5. Click the "Choose a class list." box.
  6. Select the name of the class which is to be deleted in the drop-down box.
  7. Click the next "Choose a class list." box.
  8. Select the class name of the class to which the students will be moved from the drop-down box.
  9. Under the name of the class which is to be deleted, select the name of each student to be moved.
  10. Click < Add Student.
