QUESTION:
Why can't I delete the questions my students send me through the Question Box?

ANSWER:
The question cannot be deleted if it is being viewed in the Classroom Management System (CMS) while the student is still logged on to the student program. Ask the student to log off. Then, log on to the CMS to review and delete the question.
