ISSUE:
Installing the program causes a file creation error.
SYMPTOM:
RESOLUTION:
This error occurs when the user who is attempting to install to the network server does not have enough permissions to that particular area of the server. To determine if this is the cause, open a text editor such as Notepad or SimpleText and type "test". Save the file to the same mapped drive/mounted sharepoint to which the program will be installed. If an error appears with a message saying that the file cannot be saved because the user does not have enough privileges to do so, then contact your network administrator.
