ISSUE:
Selecting Question Box from the "Oops" menu allows the problem to be tried again and the Question Box never opens.

SYMPTOM:

Upon submitting an incorrect answer, students receive an "Oops" menu from which they can select the Question Box. The Question Box does not open, but the "Oops" menu disappears. This allows the students to try the question again.

RESOLUTION:
This is a problem that occurs only in these older versions of the programs. Newer versions of the program resolve this issue. Contact us for information about upgrading. Please include the version number from the network and course CDs in your email.
