ISSUE:
Trying to start the Classroom Management System (CMS) or student program causes the error message, "Movie htap cannot be loaded, the file version is too new."

SYMPTOMS:

Attempting to log on to the student program or CMS causes the error.
Working through particular modules/topics/lessons causes the error.

RESOLUTION:
This issue occurs when the network installation of the program has been updated without updating the workstation installations. To resolve this, reinstall the program to the workstations.
