ISSUE:
Logging on to the program causes the error message, "Problem opening ‘[path to file]’temp -34", where "[path to file]" represents the path to the file on the local hard drive.

SYMPTOMS:

Logging on to the program causes the error message.
The error message occurs when logging on to the program, then is followed by a Director Player error.

RESOLUTION:
This error is caused when these programs are installed on computers with hard drives that have more than 3 gigabytes of storage. Newer versions of the program resolve this issue. Please contact your sales representative for more information about upgrading.
